Our streamlined approach to this three-phase housing project involves initiating the main house remodel while concurrently negotiating ADU additions. Following city planner consultations and obtaining the necessary criteria, we efficiently integrated ADUs by demolishing the porch and carport. With the main house permit secured, we are poised to promptly submit ADU plans, ensuring a smooth development process.
