We collaborate with clients to design custom homes and workplaces. We work with the site and building context to design space and a building envelop for functional and aesthetic aspects.
Permitting
As a licensed architect in the state of California, we obtain permits from the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), including the planning department, building department, public work and fire departments.
Interior Design
We create interior layouts and construction details, design and select interior finishes, fixtures, lighting, flooring patterns, millwork, etc. We also provide 3D renderings to help visualize the final result.
Project Management
We oversee project planning, design and construction from beginning to end. We manage construction costs, schedules, procurement and risk. We interact with all project team members.
Engineering Coordination
We coordinate work including but not limited to structural design, title 24, survey, geotechnical report and arborist reports as required.
Real Estate
Doubled as licensed real estate and architectural professionals, we have the training and experience needed to inspect and evaluate properties and offer unique suggestions to clients.
