South Central Infill Units
Located on a corner lot, this project adds and converts existing structures to support short-term rentals. The main house remains untouched, while the detached garage is expanded and connected to a new addition.
The design maximizes rentable bedroom suites and minimizes shared living spaces. A central courtyard creates a communal outdoor area, while a setback second floor improves daylight and reduces massing. The layout balances guest privacy with shared space and complies with ADU and JADU regulations.
